t meet these expectations and i am self loathing and spiriling down into a hole,i have abused alcohol for as long as i can remember once i start i cant stop,i keep having these complete rage outbursts, at my boyfriend he tells me he is hanging out with someone else and due to my complete and utter fear of being alone?i flip and fill up with intense anger that i cant control that i know is wrong but it comes anyway the abuse is horrible its like nothing no one should ever put up with and i bring up every little detail from the past that may have hurt me and i blame him blame him for everything [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], this is when i abuse the alcohol drugs or harm myself,i have lost all of my close friends, i am unable to sustain a relationshiop with a friend because im to scared of anyone getting to close or me getting to comfortable because once this happens they will see this horrible devilish side of me.this is also the same with my family [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they have absolutly no idea, they think im great, but i avoid to tell them or show them anything that may blame themselves for my misery.i quit my job 2 months ago and have been unemplyed since, glued to my bed i have no where else to go i dont know what to do [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], these thoughts these actions they are playing with my mind they are hurting me eating me from insyilai：
