Domestic market will be the most important market except Japanese market, to enhance our strength. <br /> <br />To implement the above-mentioned developing plan, DHC adopts several measures. One of them is to set up strategic partnership with important customers domestically,<a href="http://www.orbto.com/offshore-outsourcing/telecommunication-provider/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Telecommunication provider</a>, to open the market and make it stable and increasing. <br /> <br />As a top domestic IT blueprint supplier in operation maintenance and management, Beijing Shenzhou Taiyue Software Corp., Ltd (Shenzhou Taiyue),<a href="http://www.orbto.com/business-process-outsourcing/" target="_blank" class="postlink">Business process outsourcing company</a>, intends to set up strategic partnership with DHC by becoming a share-holder. Via negotiation with Shenzhou Taiyue and Microsoft, Microsoft would like to transfer 8% out of its 11.4% stock-share of DHC to Shenzhou Taiyue, with still keeping 3.14% itself.
