The goal namely for students to come away with not only conceptual comprehending, yet real life experiences with the states of material. <br />Using the experience chart, the teacher will prototype the use of terms such as: transparent, translucent, sticky, foamy, etc. <br />Closing: Two students will each choose 2 items and describe them aloud for the class, using the newly academic property names. <br />Mini Lesson: In the instructional zone, the preceptor will show an example of each of the four solids (vinyl, cloth, plastic, metal), querying if any of the students tin identify the labels of the items, logging their replies on the experience design.
