| According to DHC’s developing plan for the next 3 years,Pharmaceutical Outsourcing, domestic markets will be strengthened, with its revenue and the market rank both increased. Domestic market will be the most important market except Japanese market, to enhance our strength.
To implement the above-mentioned developing plan, DHC adopts several measures. One of them is to set up strategic partnership with important customers domestically,Telecommunication provider, to open the market and make it stable and increasing. As a top domestic IT blueprint supplier in operation maintenance and management, Beijing Shenzhou Taiyue Software Corp., Ltd (Shenzhou Taiyue),Business process outsourcing company, intends to set up strategic partnership with DHC by becoming a share-holder. Via negotiation with Shenzhou Taiyue and Microsoft, Microsoft would like to transfer 8% out of its 11.4% stock-share of DHC to Shenzhou Taiyue, with still keeping 3.14% itself. By cooperation with Shenzhou Taiyue strategically, DHC will realize the technology and market coordination and share the customer resources,Telecommunication outsourcing, which is helpful for developing product and service market,mobile development outsourcing, and enhancing the market rank of domestic business. By now, Shenzhou Taiyue has already signed the Stock-share Transfer Agreement with Microsoft. This transfer will be approved by DHC Shareholder Conference and China Ministry of Commerce. |
