| PCR-ELISA for early diagnosis of HFRS patients

Compliance rate of 100 %. 2 patients died 3 days after disease in patients with serum antibodies and conventional RT-PCR, were negative for the high index of suspicion for the HFRS patients. PCR-ELlsA result was positive. 5 copies of the normal human serum ,mbt shoes italia, 2 were non HFRS fever patient sera , 3 sera of hepatitis B patients were PCR-ELISA, were negative. Confirmed that the experimental method for the early diagnosis of HFRS with high sensitivity and specificity , such as experimental conditions can be further optimized and improved .
