| Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area (TEDA),Pharmaceutical Outsourcing, listed IT outsourcing as one of its major supporting sectors in the Eleventh Five-year Plan. Construction of a kilometer-square IT outsourcing base has started. It will focus on customer service centers, ITO (software development,Telecommunication outsourcing, information technology, IC design, data processing, etc.), administrative management and human resources management, financial affairs and medicine research.
The Area has advantages in human resources,Pharmaceutical software, industrial foundation,Business process outsourcing company, infrastructure and business costs. It has the potential to develop and accommodate IT outsourcing. A TEDA Software park has been set up in the Area, which aims to be a regional IT outsourcing center and a state-level software base with services ranging from software R&D,mobile development outsourcing, production, service and export to professional training. |
