“International service outsourcing is in fact making use of our own advantages to serve foreign enterprises.” According to Mr. Huang Xiwei,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], vice president of Nanjing Lianchuang Technology,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], at the site of Jiangsu Working Conference of International Service Outsourcing Promotion the other day, domestic enterprises will be directly involved in global competition and gain international recognition for their own products and service advantages by participating in the development of international service outsourcing.
18 Nanjing enterprises, including Lianchuang, are among the list of major Jiangsu enterprises that undertakes international service outsourcing.
A group of enterprises like Lianchuang is planning to cooperate with the world’s software giants to explore the market of international service outsourcing. At the conference,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Jiangsu Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation also publicized its 3-year plan for the development of international service outsourcing. The main objectives are:
* make the export amount of international service outsourcing in Jiangsu province quadrupled based on that of last year;
* build 2 to 3 cities of national level as international service outsourcing bases,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], more than 10 cities of provincial level as international service outsourcing bases,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and over 20 representative areas of provincial level for international service outsourcing;
* form a primary industrial agglomeration for international service outsourcing, which will serve more than 200 international service outsourcing enterprises with the export amount of over 1 million USD and more than 20 international service outsourcing enterprises with the export amount of over 10 million USD every year.
