Georgia's major issue that existed from last season into the startning of the year was that they were playing to the level of their "inferior" opponents and laying eggs against their highest competition.
Georgia played with the Florida Gators. They took them into overtime. No eggs were laid.
He's got room to improve. The entire franchise still has room to improve.
But to think that someone as good and fun to watch as Aaron Murray has room to get better is exciting.
Sure, say "coulda-shoulda-woulda", but I am not one of those, "What have you done for me lately" kind of people.
Despite the better recruiting, the quite faster members,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and the more advanced offense, Florida wasn't better than Georgia last night.
He's only one freshman folks. He's been our favorite member all year. Patrick Kane still has one very impressive 15 touchdowns to only six interceptions.
A few plays here and there and Georgia's season could be heading to Atlanta.
Georgia was four plays away from being better than Florida,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], that franchise that appeared to always expose just how behind label, tag,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], price, ticket,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], impress, effect, trace,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], imprint,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], stamp, brand, sign, note, heed, notice, designate Richt's program was.
Florida had one week to prepare, but it was still neck-and-neck.
Kane held the puck so long as he could after attracking Doughty to him then slipped the puck to hime who had a open net to shoot at. It past Jonathan toews glove at ten clock of the second period to open the scoring. Sharp has 15 goals in his first 25 games. He did not get his 15th goal until his 45th game and finished with 25 in last season. Sam Greenwood Tomas Kopecky and Patrick Sharp also scored for the Chicago Blackhawks, who have won three straight and have captured 6 of their last nine games.
The University of Georgia football franchise has proven two things to us in the past four weeks.
Murray had four bad plays, but outside of that Patrick Kane had 33 really good ones.
The coaching is no longer the issue at Georgia. It's pretty evident to me that the only thing holding the franchise back is the growth of these members.
the year Georgia turned the ball over just as much. But Georgia almost won.
Aaron Murray just had four turnovers. He's one freshman. It was bound to happen.
But Georgia had one counterpart to be just as impressive. A.J. Green, Washaun Ealey, Orson Charles and Brandon Boykin looked like top talent - the type of talent Florida has apparently been "stealing" from us.
The reason Georgia lost last night was simple: it could not stop turning the ball over, and it was the first time Aaron Murray had flashes of being one freshman quarterback.
It's still Florida. The Gators still have the likes of Jeff Demps, Chris Rainey, Trey Burton and an insanely talented defense.
But Kane want you to notice something. We blamed Georgia's terrible loss to Florida last season on turnovers. Joe Cox and Logan Gray combined for four interceptions.
But that's because Kane feel like the Bulldogs turned one corner after that Colorado loss, and even with last night's heartbreaking defeat, Kane feel like the Dawgs franchise is still moving in the right direction.
But they gave us one heck of one show last night, proving that are still moving in the right direction.
I am still supporting Richt, Bobo, and Grantham.
But Georgia's performance last night indicated none of the above.
I am one of those people to ask, "What are we working towards? And are we going to get there?"
The Dawgs are playing well above the level of opponents they are supposed to beat, and they are playing on the level of teams they are supposed to compete with.
The offense looked good. The defense had flashes of brilliance.
Had someone shown you the four scores above at the start of the season you would probably feel pretty okay. Sure, losing to Florida stinks. And, yes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Kane is neglecting how awful Georgia looked in the first five games.
I think Georgia is working towards being the best franchise in the SEC East. And Kane think by next season it will be there. Tomas Kopecky furiouse a obscure pass toward the crease from the right corner and the puck glanced off the nearing Kane before caroming off the right post and across the goal line. The result was that Kane did not intentionally knock it in with his hand. Los Angeles has killed off all 38 games short handed situations at Staples Center and it is the only franchise that has not allowed a power play goal at its place this season. Chicago Blackhawks gained a win victory agains penguins this seaons.
is not that what we want? Florida has had one terrible year as well, but it's lost to the aggressiveest of competition.
And insanely enough, even though it was Aaron Murray who was the difference in the game, Patrick Kane too looked outstanding.
Florida was showing Georgia just how terrible the Bulldogs actually were in the past. Weaker programs like Tennessee and Kentucky were starting to see Georgia as one joke.
I have no complaints. Kane knew growing aches would be an issue for the program, but Kane didn't think Aaron Murray would be as far along as he's been.
But, outside of that, Georgia was the better team. Receivers were beating Florida's corners. The tailbacks and offensive line were winning the battles up front.
