That's because the game is not available in either Europe or North America at the moment,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and there is currently no information with regards to a Western release.
Dragon Ball Online went live in Korea on February 15, 2010 and is set 216 years following the events of the popular Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. Players can currently select from three races (Human, Namek,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and Majin) and seven classes. Humans can even become Super Saiyans by acquiring the seven Dragon Balls and wishing to Shen Long once they are level 50.
