[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I used to read all the time. I'd barely read a thing since getting the Internet, and being introduced to The Dark Tower series in 2002. At my job, at that time, I had a lot of downtime [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so I'd go through a book per [link widoczny dla zalogowanych]k, at least, and I was known for the voraciousness with which I would consume them (metaphorically). That continued for quite a while. Although it waned when I got my tiny DVD player a couple years later.Now, I have a lot of electronic toys with me [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], when I go to work. It takes me two months to read what should take, maybe, four days, if even.But [link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I still buy books as though I finish them within days. I have boxes of them that I have not read and probably will not. The $0.49 ones at Goodwill are just too tempting to not buy (on the off chance I actually do read it). I even bought one just for how it looks. Leather (or leather-looking) cover, gilded edges, built-in cloth bookmark. It had it all. I didn't even care that it was a topic in which I had no interest, I just had to have that beauty laying around.So maybe I should quit taking my laptop & electronics to work, for a while, and actually ******* read. I might learn something (not that I don't learn anything online while I'm ******* around, though).
