(3.5 Stars) First time here and I have to say I was very impressed. I wouldn't call myself a wine connoisseur or a west side frequenter but I jumped on a chance to do both using a tippr deal - $20 for $40 worth of wine+ a cheese plate for two at pourtal. It's pretty cool that they're open for brunch on Sunday but by it seemed obvious by the lack of attention we received from the server that they were not expecting guests to arrive so early (which was weird since we were the only people there) it seemed he was busy still opening or doing paperwork or something...
