Mikea�?s shoes will be showcased to the public for the premier time during his gallery show, Born held by the Japanese American National Museum. An opening accident will be held for the public on July 11th,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], 2008 from 8-10pm. Both the DCMS Xander and DCMS Pride will then be available for bargain beginning August 1st at exclusive footwear boutiques worldwide and aboard Mikea�?s website: mikeshinoda.com. Mike designed two pairs of limited version DC shoes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], The MSDC Xander and the MSDC Pride,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], using orthodox Japanese patterns and Koi scale textures as a theme for the project. Unique to his shoes are clear Koi scale patterned soles namely reveal Mikea�?s artwork embedded in the footbeds. Renditions of Mikea�?s latest goes are too base on the shoes uppers, insole and outsoles,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], with his signature stitched into the shoesa�? heels. Accompanying each couple of shoes is a restricted version booklet of Mikea�?s artwork.

Linkin Parka�?s Mike Shinoda has grouped with long time supporter DC as his second Remix Series project with the mark. Shinodaa�?s custom designed shoes will be unlocked August 2008 and showcase one often unseen side of the musician.

He remains involved with his first passion of craft, designing all of Linkin Parka�?s branding over the years,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and immediately contributing to his latest DC project. Proceeds from the MSDC Remix Seriesa?￠ project will work to the Michael K. Shinoda Endowed Scholarship in assist of his alma mater.
