EAST RUTHERFORD,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], N.J. -- Wide receiver Hakeem Nicks and defensive end [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] surprisingly both sat out practice on Friday but vowed to play against the Dallas Cowboys.
Tackle William Beatty (foot) and defensive end Mathias Kiwanuka (neck) will be out this week. Fullback Madison Hedgecock (hamstring) will likely miss the game as well.
[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] said he has been dealing with a sore ankle for weeks now. He said he will practice on Saturday and will play against the Cowboys.
"I am definitely playing," Nicks said. "There is no question about that, it is Monday Night Football."
Defensive end Osi Umenyiora has been managing a knee issue for weeks now. The routine has been to sit out the first day of practice and then work the rest of the week. Following routine, he skipped Thursday's practice for precautionary reasons and worked a bit on Friday.
