Xi'an, capital of southwest China's Shaaxi Province has pledged to devote wholeheartedly in service outsourcing industry and list service outsourcing as its pillar industry.
At the Manifesto Press Conference for Xi'an Service Outsourcing held on September 13, 2006, the city formally puts forward the slogan of "China's Service Outsourcing Capital", which reveals the city's ambition.
