Mike Sando: Keith Hawkins of ESPN Stats & Information has the answer. It would be the second time in the common draft era, which dates to 1967. In 1981,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], top pick George Rogers and second pick Lawrence Taylor won offensive and defensive rookie of the year honors, respectively.
