Marras, from Sardinia, who made his debut as creative director of Kenzo, for the fall/winter 2004 season, showed his own spring/summer 2011 collection first. He played with loose, unstructured silhouettes, given shape with drawstring details, in Oriental-inspired prints of abstract cherry blossoms and chrysanthemums, or stripes and checked patchwork patterns in darker, greys and navy.
