Durability
I haven’t had the shoe for quite long enough to be able to comment to much on the durability of the shoe,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but from what I’ve seen so far, they seem to last very well. The material of the outer part of the shoe seems very tough, and the soles have shown little wear thus far.
Another thumbs up so far,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]!
Comfort
The [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] are very comfortable as a whole and they feel good on your feet. I do have two comments however regarding comfort.
Firstly, I had huge blisters on my heels after the first session with the shoes. The heel part of the[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] is very hard,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], though I understand it could be made that way from a tighter,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], more responsive fit perspective.
Secondly,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the green insole seems to shift at the heel, always shifting up the outside of each [link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Perhaps because sometimes when stepping off a foot,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you step at an angle that pushes the insole towards the outside. I always have to move them before putting on the shoe.
Except for those two fairly minor discomforting issues,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I like the feel of the [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] on my foot,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]!
Weight
I think they weight very little for the type of shoe they are,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]! I’m used to wearing Merrell’s,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], because I like their grip and durability,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so the Ariake is really light in comparison,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]!
Another thumbs up in the weight department!
Conclusion
All in all I really love the Ariake,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and it’s definitely the best shoe I’ve ever used for Parkour,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]! Can it be better? Yes, I think it can improve,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and there are little issues that I mentioned that I found surfaced in my own personal use of the [link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
In summary,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], grip on smoother surfaces,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], sometimes going “through” the front half of the shoe on bigger drops and some discomforts are my only concerns.
I’m definitely recommending the shoe to all traceurs though,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and will be using the K-Swiss as my [link widoczny dla zalogowanych]of choice for Parkour,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]!
