It is such an important point is to remember, you can't take care of your children if you don't care that their support structure - and that includes you! You need to eat, sleep, exercise, roared, take care of the other children, etc. Make sure you find a way to take care of your partner too - again, the whole support system must work. Get help if you need it. For us, the date is necessary, such feelings, charging speak truth, remember who we are, as a couple and a nursing team.
Someone suggested that I set up a blog! I think it's very strange, but it has been a great help. Able to communicate, efficient, anyone who CARES, and achieved great time and emotion protector.
