Many years ago when VAT was first implimented in the UK as a protest some businesses used bright red ink on bright green paper in order to cause reading difficulties for the Inland Revenue. Try it. Try other combinations. If you desaturate one of the colours (either adding a little black or white) you will find the other colour becoming much more bolder and louder.
