i hungered for instruction on the theory of machine embroidery digitizing. knowing to push one button creates a fill and another a satin wasn’t enough for me. i knew which button to use to adjust my stitch length, but i didn’t know when to change it or why i would want to.
we’re discussed the importance of selecting the correct person as your designer and the need for quality training, but the third factor in the formula is to purchase a quality digitizing system. i’ll tackle this in two parts. hardware and software.
in using the software of digitization, you will need the design you want embroidered, of course. you can load a pre-made design, or you can make one on your own. with a pre-made or existing file, you will need to open the file in the program and make the necessary additions or adjustments to the design
